We began in 2007 during the Great Recession as a way to support and encourage young professionals living in a struggling Tucson. Today, we are the largest member organization for young professionals ages 21-45 in Arizona and our city and state is one of the country’s best places to live and work. Together, we use our collective voice and influence to lead positive change.
